Hi, I’m Jess Wass! I’m a Career Coach, Speaker, and Podcast host. I’m also the CEO & Founder of Reworkit, a leadership development & coaching organization.

I spent 15+ years in high performing work environments like finance, consulting, hospitality, and tech. I changed careers five times and now I help other ambitious people find their own version of success with more intention and less chaos.

I’m a type-A Libra, with a Masters in Social-Organizational Psychology from Columbia University and I’m also a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC). I’m also a certified rule questioner, always asking why and disrupting the status quo. In my spare time you’ll find me with my daughter, my partner, and my expanding Lego collection.

WHAT CLIENTS HAVE TO SAY…

“Jess was encouraging and an active listener who would point out themes in your story that you overlooked. If you are stuck in a pattern that's not helping you, work with Jess! She will help you identify what isn't working and help you align your next step with your true priorities.”

Molly K., Sr. Engineer

“Jess has a tough love quality that feels direct, helpful, actionable, and motivating. She's astute in her assessments and surgical in her questioning and she gets to the heart of things to bring clarity to the ambiguous.”

Craig, Independent Consultant

“She can lean on both her vast experiences as a professional but also has amazing and deep knowledge around organizational and behavioral psychology. She has been there and done that, but is also highly educated and an expert on theory.”
